🌴🔥 Marana Middle School Teacher & Staff Appreciation Week was one for the books! 🔥🌴

This year, our staff became true SURVIVORS as we celebrated them all week long with fun activities, themed decorations, hidden immunity idols, daily treats, and plenty of laughs along the way.

Even without capturing photos from every day, the memories and excitement throughout campus were unforgettable. Seeing our teachers and staff smile, participate, and feel appreciated made all the planning worth it!

One of the biggest highlights of the week was our “Who Would You Rather Be Stranded on a Deserted Island With?” vote. After all the votes were counted, our very own school secretary, Pat, was crowned the Ultimate Survivor! 🏝️👏

A huge THANK YOU goes out to our amazing community partners who helped make this week possible:

-Del Rancho Carniceria & Tacos
-Church of Jesus Christ in Marana
-And of course, our incredible Marana Middle School PTO volunteers who worked behind the scenes to bring all the fun together.

Our teachers and staff do so much every single day for our students, and we were honored to celebrate the dedication, heart, and hard work they bring to MMS.

The tribe has spoken… and we truly have the BEST staff around!

Marana Middle School PTO is celebrating our incredible teachers & staff who didn’t just make it through the year… they SURVIVED it!

All week long we’re bringing the fun with island-inspired treats, challenges, and well-earned rewards—from bagels & juice to a build-your-own salsa bar, sweet treats, refreshing lemonade, and a victory coffee & donut finish

Because our staff shows up, pushes through, and gives their all every single day—we’re making sure they feel appreciated every step of the way.

We’re sad to share that we will be canceling the remaining Marana Middle School Vendor Markets this year.

Due to low attendance, limited volunteer availability, and decreased community participation, we’re unable to continue the markets as planned. We truly appreciate everyone who has supported, participated, and shown interest—your time and effort has meant so much.

Thank you for understanding, and we hope to bring back events like this in the future with stronger support.
