Spent the morning out at the field today. Talking with the group about how the club has grown. Seeing a new pilot on the sticks is always fun, the shakes after a great first flight.
2023 is going to be a great year to dust off your plane, grab your buddies and fly.

To all TIMPA Flying Members:

1) We will be having a work party at the TIMPA field on Saturday September 17 starting at 7:30 am. The field will be closed to flying until the work is finished. This may take 3 to 4 hours if we have enough volunteers. We may have to have another work party Saturday October 1 if we are unable to finish everything needed. Work credits will be recorded as usual.

2) the Tucson Aerobatic Shootout will be held at the TIMPA field October 12-16. The field will be closed to regular flying starting Monday October 10 through Sunday October 16. Check out the pilot list at www.tucsonaerobaticshootout.com. This will be a great spectator event, especially the Freestyle on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
