Will have the 1943 Ford American LaFrance Parade Vehicle in the Maple Valley Day parade at 10am and then in at Lake Wilderness Park today June 14 & 15th. We will lead the parade with the American Flag and then set up in the park next to Puget Sound fire truck and the bounce house. Stop by and let the little ones get in and on for photos.

Memorial Day Service being held at Hobart/Maple Valley Cemetery 20730 252nd Ave SE, Maple Valley WA. Service at 9am, last about 30 minutes. We then move to Black Diamond Cemetery 24431 Morgan St. Black Diamond WA. for a 11am Service. These are two small cemetery with not large crowds where you can help honor our fallen Veterans. These are hosted by Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 5052

Had the privilege of taking the Honor Guard to LaMay Family Collection at Marymount in Spanaway WA. Received a donation from St Johns the Baptist Church Knights of Columbus 4th Degree for this special outing. What a great tour, the historical tour is well worth the trip and all the cars and trucks are a worth looking at. Check out there wed site https://lemaymarymount.org this was a catholic school for boy run by nuns. Building built in 1912 and well keep up. We had a great time and it is the first time that we got together other then the Tahoma National Cemetery. I want to thank the team for all they do for the cemetery.

Great time at the Hometown Celebration Maple Valley. VFW Post 5052 have out 400 cups of hot chocolate. All went well until the veteran didn't see the the Grinch in the Navy parade vehicle. I think they may have been distracted.
