The Bridge of Hope The Bridge is a 501c3 Non-Profit organization working with the people of Sierra Leone, Africa.

From the Heart of the Bridge of Hope lead Paster Daniel Tholley. The pastors went to visit, comfort and pray with the late Pastor Moses widow today 🙏🏻❤️🙏🏻 ❤️

“Today, we visited the wife of our late brother, Pastor Moses Tarawalie, who gave birth to a beautiful baby girl last week. ❤️🙏

Our hearts were deeply saddened as we watched her cry. It was an emotional moment for all of us, and words could hardly express the pain of losing our beloved brother.

We pray that Almighty God will continue to comfort her, strengthen her, and give her the courage to face each new day. May God protect her and her newborn baby girl, surround them with His love, and provide for all their needs.

Though our beloved brother is no longer with us physically, his memory and the impact of his life will remain in our hearts.

May the gentle soul of our dear brother, Pastor Moses Tarawalie, continue to rest in perfect peace.** 🕊️🙏

May the God of all comfort uphold his family during this difficult time, in Jesus’ mighty name. Amen. 🙏❤️”

The women who are learning to tailor so that they can provide an income for their families gather each week for hands-on training. Before they begin, they spend some time praising God together in a time of devotion. Our amazing leader, Antionette Koroma, captured a photo and video for us to share. As our school year began this year, our child advocates identified the 20 most vulnerable families in our villages. Each year, these advocates choose families that are facing exceptional hardship. In September, these 20 families were blessed with supplies to help their children return to school. The songs of thanksgiving were so beautiful as these parents expressed their gratitude to God and The Bridge of Hope.

As our school year gets underway, our child advocates and medical team called a meeting with parents to discuss the importance of their involvement in their children's education and the free healthcare available to every student. This is another opportunity for these parents to see The Gospel at work. Sisters in Christ supporting each other! Each week, Antoinette Koroma (The Bridge of Hope Women's Ministry Director) invests in women of The Bridge churches as they learn tailoring skills. These skills are valuable as they not only allow these women to make clothes for their families; but they also can provide an income for women with no way to provide for their families. “The holiday is over, the summer classes are over and we are safely back to school. Heartfelt welcome to our new entrants and transitioning students. We thank God for bringing us safely to a new school year 2026/2027. We ask God to bless our minds to learn, our hearts to care and our hands to help each other grow be it students or teachers. Classes start Monday September 7th. Pray with us for a great start to the year for our 1600+ students. Many students struggle with having the necessary supplies for school. If you would like to help us buy school supplies, pencils, notebooks etc…
