The Flaming Fire Youth Department is excited to introduce the IGNITED FLAMES PRAISE DANCE MINISTRY! 🙌🏾💃🏾

This is more than dance—it’s WORSHIP! We want to give our young people an opportunity to develop their gifts, build confidence, grow in ministry, and use their talents to glorify God.

🔥 Ignited Flames Youth Church Recap 🔥

Today our children and youth learned a powerful lesson: “I Know Who I Belong To!” ❤️

📖 Romans 8:38–39 reminded us that NOTHING can separate us from the love of God!

We talked about how things around us may change—friends may change, people’s opinions may change, school can be challenging, and sometimes we may even feel rejected or left out—but none of those things change who we belong to.

Our youth learned:

❤️ I am loved by God.
👑 I am chosen by God.
🔥 I have purpose.
🙏🏽 My mistakes don’t have to define me.
💪🏽 I don’t have to change myself just to fit in.

One of our biggest lessons today was: Correction does not mean rejection. God loves us enough to correct us, teach us, and help us grow.

🔥 BIG TAKEAWAY:
“Things AROUND ME can change without changing WHOSE I AM!”

When we asked, “Who do you belong to?” our youth knew the answer:

🙌🏽 “I BELONG TO GOD!”

People may change. Friendships may change. Circumstances may change. There may even be moments when they feel left out or like they don’t fit in—but nothing can separate them from the love of God!

We want to partner with parents in helping our youth know who they are, WHOSE they are, and how to confidently live for Christ.

Parents, you don’t have to build your child’s spiritual foundation alone. Flaming Fire Mansfield Children’s & Youth Department wants to partner with YOU as we help our children and teens grow in Christ, build godly character, develop healthy friendships, discover their purpose, and learn how to apply God’s Word to everyday life. ❤️

Our goal is bigger than keeping them occupied before service. We’re helping prepare them for life! Through Bible-based lessons, real conversations, encouragement, prayer, and fun activities, we’re creating a safe place where youth can learn, ask questions, connect, and grow.

🔥 Ignited Flames Youth Church Recap – Friendship Part 2 🔥

Today our children and youth continued our lesson on FRIENDSHIP, and we went a little deeper! ❤️🤝🏽

📖 Proverbs 13:20: “Walk with the wise and become wise.”

We learned that everybody can be treated with kindness, but everybody should not have the same level of influence in our lives. The people we spend time with can affect our attitudes, decisions, behavior, and even our relationship with God.

Our youth learned how to recognize healthy friendships, handle peer pressure, know when to walk away from negative influences, and most importantly, ask themselves: “Am I being the kind of friend I want others to be to me?”

🔥 Big Takeaway:
I can be KIND to everybody, but I don’t have to FOLLOW everybody! Choose friends who help you grow—and be a friend who helps others grow too.
