Bergman Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) This is an informational page for the Bergman Parent Teacher Organization (PTO) - stay tuned for updates about Bergman happenings!

The PTO consists of families and staff members of Frank V. Bergman Elementary School who have completed a membership form and have paid a nominal annual fee. The PTO is managed by a Board which is composed of PTO members who are elected as Officers. The Board includes the Officer positions of president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. The membership meets on a monthly basis throughout the

school year and manages the organizational and financial aspects of all PTO functions. The PTO operates on an annual budget based on input from a planning session held during a spring meeting. The annual budget is voted on by members at the first monthly PTO meeting in the fall. The money used to sponsor PTO activities is raised through PTO dues and annual fundraising events. The PTO sponsors a wide variety of programs and events. Events are for social, educational and fundraising purposes. The PTO also purchases products and supplies to increase educational opportunities for the students. The achievements of the Bergman PTO can be measured in the cooperative spirit with which parents and teachers work together to share their care and concern for Bergman’s students. The PTO's success can be seen in the students’ appreciation for their school, their teachers, and the opportunities given to them. Note: When faced with a worry or concern about your child's education, it is always best to go directly to the source with a personal contact. Thus, you are asked to first contact your child's teacher. If the concern is not resolved through this direct contact, next please contact our Principal Steve Koch at 587-2865.

Dear Bergman Families,

We’re excited to invite you to our final fundraiser of the school year—and this one is an easy (and fun!) way to support our school community.

Join us at Little Apple Nutrition on:

📅 Monday, May 11
⏰ 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM
📍 3200 Kimball Avenue (Candlewood Shopping Center, across from the new CiCo Park ballfields)

Throughout the entire day, a portion of all sales will be donated back to Bergman Elementary PTO to support our students, staff, and school initiatives.

👉 Be sure to say “DOLPHIN” at checkout so your purchase counts toward the fundraiser!

Pancakes with the Principals is tomorrow at 9:00 AM!

We’ll be serving up delicious pancakes with a variety of toppings as we celebrate the students who raised $200 or more during our Rock the Block fundraiser! 🎉

Parents of qualifying students have already been notified by the office. To help keep things running smoothly and allow all students to fully enjoy this special time with our principals, this event will be for students only.

We can’t wait to celebrate this awesome achievement with our students—see you there!

Nacho average staff… we celebrated BIG for Cinco de Mayo for Teacher Appreciation Week! 🌮🎉
A huge thank you to Mexican Taco Shop out of Junction City for generously donating the entire food spread for our staff. The excitement was real, and the gratitude was even bigger! Our staff absolutely loved it!

We’re so thankful for the support in helping us celebrate such an amazing team.
