🔥 CALLING ALL TEAMSTERS LOCAL 633 MEMBERS! 🔥

Our AGNE brothers and sisters are fighting for a fair contract, the pension they earned, and the future their families deserve. Now it is time for all of Local 633 to stand beside them.

Management may believe it can divide us, intimidate us, or wait us out. They are about to learn what it means to take on the Teamsters.

WE WILL NOT BREAK.
WE WILL NOT BACK DOWN.
WE WILL NOT SURRENDER OUR FUTURES.

Every Local 633 member is being called upon to attend the practice picket and show AGNE that an attack on one of us is an attack on all 5,300 members of this Local Union.

📍 AGNE Parking Lot
📅 September 1–3
⏰ 7:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

AGNE needs to see our strength. Our members need to feel our support. The entire community needs to hear our message:

TEAMSTERS DO NOT BEG. TEAMSTERS DO NOT BREAK. TEAMSTERS STAND TOGETHER AND FIGHT TO WIN!

✊ United we stand. Together we fight. Together we win. ✊

TEAMSTERS LOCAL 633 LEADERSHIP VISITS AGNE MEMBERS

Principal Officer Jeff Padellaro, Business Agent Keith Judge, Vice President Jim Petrillo, and Trustee/Steward Shawn Gilman visited our members at AGNE to provide an important contract update and speak directly with the workers affected by these negotiations.

The message was clear: our strength comes from informed, involved, and united members.

All AGNE members are reminded to attend next week’s practice picket and solidarity rally. Your participation matters. Now is the time to stand together, demonstrate our unity, and show AGNE that Local 633 is prepared to protect our contract, our pension, and our future.

An attack on one member is an attack on all 5,300 members of Teamsters Local 633.

Principal Officer Jeff Padellaro:
The management of AG started this attack on our members’ retirement security, and make no mistake, we will finish it. The membership is simply looking for a fair contract and with unity and solidarity of the Local 633 members we will get a successful contract. The clock is ticking for management to change course while there is still time. Our members are prepped and ready to fight!!
UNITED WE STAND—DIVIDED WE BEG!

New Steward 🚨Rank and File member Mike Bauer is elected Shop Steward!!!

Union Representative Matt Lortie conducted a Steward election at the UPS Manchester facility. With over 75 drivers participating in the election, it was a great show of solidarity and unity in Manchester. Thank you to all who participated and congratulations to Brother Bauer.

Representative Lortie: “Congratulations to Brother Bauer. It’s alway great to see young members get involved to furthering the labor movement. Thank you to all the candidates who stepped up to run. As always, we had great participation from the group and I look forward to working with Brother Bauer as we continue to hold UPS accountable”.

Principal Officer Padellaro:

“It is always great to see such high levels of participation from the membership. Teamsters Local 633 encourages participation and with the current environment with UPS, we need unity and solidarity as we continue to hold management accountable. Contract time will be here before we know it. It is our intention to fully support General President O’Brien and the Teamsters National Negotiating Committee in their effort to bring back the best possible contract, and those efforts begin with strong Shop Stewards and a unified membership. I thank all of those members that participated”

LOCAL 633 ON THE SHOP FLOOR

Business Agent Keith Judge and Union Representative Matthew Lortie were in the UPS barns last week checking on the membership and enforcing the contract.

Business Agent Judge and Stewards Marvel Lavalee and Travis Jones held a parking lot meeting to update the members on ways to protect themselves from the heat and to use proper documentation to combat the 9.5 harassment.

Union Representative Lortie and Stewards Bob Stanley and Bob Browne held a parking lot meeting in Northfield to discuss similar issues and to hand out grievance award checks.

Business Agent Keith Judge: “As we head into summer, it is important that our members use all the tools at their disposal to protect themselves. Take your breaks and extra heat breaks if needed, and make sure to utilize the Teamster OJS report forms to combat UPS’s bu*****ts tactics”

Union Representative Matt Lortie: “As a new representative, it’s important to be on the shop floor meeting the members, and rewarding them with grievance checks for enforcing the contract is a great way to do that.”

Principal Officer Padellaro: “We will reinforce our members rights under the contract. We will continue to be on the road to drive that message home. Our members safety and well being is far more important than the bottom line of some balance sheet. We encourage our members to look out for each other and support each other. The summer heat can be very dangerous and our members have rights that we support and will aggressively enforce.”

O’BRIEN, ZUCKERMAN REELECTED TO SECOND FIVE-YEAR TERM LEADING TEAMSTERS

The International Brotherhood of Teamsters announced today that Sean M. O’Brien and Fred Zuckerman have been reelected to another five-year term as General President and General Secretary-Treasurer, respectively, renewing a mandate for powerful, militant leadership on behalf of 1.3 million rank-and-file Teamsters across North America.

The O’Brien-Zuckerman Teamsters United slate was elected by white ballot at the union’s 31st International Convention in Las Vegas following a secret ballot vote of 1,572 delegates. All voting delegates were democratically elected to the convention by rank-and-file members from more than 330 local unions across the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. No opposition candidates received enough votes to meet the Teamsters’ constitutionally required threshold to challenge the O’Brien-Zuckerman team.

“This victory belongs to rank-and-file Teamsters. When we were sworn into office four years ago, our leadership team committed to building a bigger, faster, stronger union, and that’s exactly what we’ve done. We’ve organized more than 100,000 new members, won historic agreements including a record contract for 340,000 members at UPS, and put rank-and-file members back in the driver’s seat. The Teamsters is now the most aggressive, effective, and respected labor union on Earth,” O’Brien said. “Over the next five years, we have a lot of work ahead of us. The Teamsters face big fights at UPS and Amazon, and we are prepared to tackle those head on with the militancy and organization that has defined our administration. We will keep growing and never stop working for the members.”

“The Teamsters are stronger, more secure, and more prepared to take on greedy employers than at any point in our 123-year history. We have more than $1 billion in total assets, and our Strike and Defense Fund stands at approximately $365 million, providing the ammunition to take on the boss and protect our members,” Zuckerman said. “The Teamsters have accomplished so much to expand our ranks, exert real political influence, and safeguard our members in an ever-evolving economy. But we’re just getting started. The future is bright and the state of the union is strong in the Teamsters.”

O’Brien is a fourth-generation Teamster from Local 25 in Charlestown, Mass. Zuckerman joined the Teamsters more than four decades ago as a rank-and-file member in Houston and later went on to lead Local 89 in Louisville, Ky. Together, they bring an aggressive grassroots approach to taking on employers and prioritizing member involvement in the union.

Over the next five years, O’Brien and Zuckerman have pledged to continue the fight at UPS and Amazon, strengthen Teamsters density in core industries, defend and improve contracts across every division of the union, and build even bigger bipartisan coalitions to pass the Faster Labor Contracts Act and other legislation to benefit working people.
The O’Brien-Zuckerman Teamsters United slate will take the oath of office in March 2027.

The 2027-2032 Teamsters General Executive Board includes:

First Student National Master Agreement:

Teamsters Local 633 recently conducted a review of the First Student National Master Tentative Agreement. Following the May monthly meeting, Principal Officer Jeff Padellaro reviewed the details of the Tentative Agreement with First Student members.

Local 633 represents every First Student location in New Hampshire. After reviewing the offer, the members present voted unanimously to recommend a "yes" vote.

Please be advised that ballots will be distributed by the IBT Public Transportation Division.

Principal Officer Jeff Padellaro: “This National Contract is historic on so many fronts. For the first time in history, we have incorporated significant economics into the National contract. Under the Direction of General President O’Brien, this contract has achieved historic gains and protections for the membership. I am proud that the Local 633 membership at the contract review meeting voted unanimously to support this agreement.”

458 days. Because of corporate corruption, a rigged system and broken labor laws, that's how long American workers, on average, wait for their first union contract after voting to unionize.

The Teamsters are proud to be leading the charge for the Faster Labor Contract Act, which creates a real timeline that requires prompt, good-faith bargaining, ensuring faster union contracts for millions of American workers.
