The Manassas Warrenton Camera Club is pleased to share our exhibit at the UVA Health Prince William Medical Center! The theme is "The Four Seasons" ~ we hope our visions of each season will brighten the days of patients, staff, and visitors at the hospital. Additionally, most of the prints are for sale; any sales made will benefit the hospital auxiliary to offer assistance in providing equipment and services to better patient's experiences and well-being. The exhibit will be hanging until approximately May 4, 2026; the hospital address is UVA Health Prince William Medical Center, 8700 Sudley Rd, Manassas, VA 20110. The exhibit is located just down the hall from the main lobby and main registration, in a sitting area just adjacent to the Room of Reflection. Our signage shares our thoughts and feelings of the seasons as well as instructions for placing bids on any of the prints. Please accept our invitation to stop by...we hope you enjoy our work! Also big thanks to Jude Kelly, Coordinator of Hospital Services, a great friend of MWCC!

A total lunar is dramatic, beautiful and easy to view. During the eclipse, the sun, Earth and moon form a line in space. So Earth’s shadow falls on the moon’s face. An entire hemisphere of Earth can see the eclipse. In fact, the whole side of Earth where it’s nighttime when the eclipse takes place can see the eclipse. And you don’t need any special equipment. Just grab a lawn chair, go outside and plan to spend several hours watching the partial phases of the eclipse, followed by the totality itself, when the moon is completely submerged in Earth’s shadow.

Tips for watching the eclipse here: https://earthsky.org/astronomy-essentials/how-do-i-watch-the-total-lunar-eclipse/
