Malta Public Schools Welcomes First-Ever Student Representatives to the Board of Trustees!

Malta Public Schools is excited to welcome Renzey Raymond and Klohie Zeiger as the District’s first official Student Representatives to the Board of Trustees!

This marks an important step in strengthening student voice and involvement in our District. In their new non-voting roles, Renzey and Klohie will have the opportunity to share student perspectives, provide input on important school matters, and serve as a connection between the student body and the Board of Trustees.

We believe students should have a voice in the conversations and decisions that shape their educational experiences. By bringing student perspectives directly to the Board, this initiative will encourage greater student involvement and help us continue improving Malta Public Schools.

Congratulations to Renzey and Klohie! We appreciate their willingness to take on these leadership roles and look forward to their contributions throughout the school year.

Congratulations Ronan!

Malta Middle School is proud to partner with the Malta Kiwanis Club to recognize and celebrate outstanding students who demonstrate academic excellence, respect, service to others, and are a positive influence within our school and community.
September Student of the Month is Ronan K. Mrs. Paul had this to say, “Starting a new school can be challenging, especially when you are surrounded by unfamiliar faces, new expectations, and a completely new environment. This student joined our school last year, and this year I have really seen him begin to come out of his shell and become more comfortable in our school. He is a responsible and dependable student who consistently completes and turns in his work on time. Even when he is absent, he takes responsibility for making sure he catches up on what he missed and works hard to get his assignments turned in as soon as possible. Beyond his responsibility as a student, he is a good friend to his classmates. We are very lucky to have Ronan as part of the Malta Middle School Family, and I am very proud of the growth he has shown this last year. Keep up the good work!” Congratulations, Ronan!
