After seven years of dedicated service as MCF’s Vice President of Finance, Carmen Jeschke will retire at the beginning of July. Throughout her tenure, Carmen has played a key role in strengthening MCF’s operations, launching innovative programs and advancing new philanthropic opportunities including the Third-Party Asset Management program and a partnership with Epic Systems that expanded giving options for its employees.
Carmen was also instrumental in developing MCF’s Standard Operating Procedures Manual, helping ensure strong organizational processes and continuity across the organization. MCF is well-positioned for the future with a strong Finance and Operations team in place and continued partnership with Commonfund as Outsourced Chief Investment Officer. An interim Vice President of Finance will support daily operations until a permanent successor is hired.
We will greatly miss her leadership and expertise and wish her all the best in her retirement. Congratulations, Carmen!
