Today is where we highlight good-news stories within our Wisconsin food & hospitality scene.

WRA Member La Sirena (Ephraim) has earned national recognition, landing on The New York Times' list of America's Best Restaurants 2026! The intimate, 24-seat Mexican restaurant is owned by husband-and-wife team Carlos Salgado and Emilie Coulson Salgado, and it's the first Wisconsin restaurant on the list since 2023.
