From “baby school” to lifelong friendships 💜

Anson and Gus took some of their very first steps into the bigger world through Early Intervention Groups at Aspire, and the impact has lasted far beyond those early years. What started as a first group experience outside their home became a place filled with learning, connection, confidence, and community for the whole family.

Today, their family still keeps in touch with many of the friends they made along the way, proving that Early Intervention is about so much more than services. It’s about building relationships, creating memories, and helping children thrive together.

May is Mental Health & Wellness Month 💚

Perinatal mental health is about so much more than the “baby blues.” Nearly 1 in 5 people experience mental health challenges during pregnancy or after birth—and no one should have to navigate those feelings alone.

If sadness, anxiety, overwhelm, anger, or feeling disconnected lasts longer than two weeks, it may be a sign that extra support could help. Support is available, and reaching out is a sign of strength.
