We’re ! Our campus is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in two vital direct care roles where you can make a genuine difference in the lives of youth.

If you thrive during the day and excel in dynamic environments, our Emergency Emotional Assessment Center Caregivers step in during critical moments to provide a warm, stabilizing, and safe environment right from day one.

If you are a night owl with a heart for service, our Overnight Awake Direct Care Staff stay active through the late hours to maintain active care, support the kids if they wake up, and serve as a consistent, safe presence in the cottage overnight.

It’s National Keep Kids Creative Week! 🎨

At the Children’s Home of Lubbock, we love giving kids opportunities to create, explore and try something new.

Whether it’s painting, crafts, music, recreation or simply using their imagination, these moments give kids a chance to express themselves, build confidence and, most importantly, just be kids. 💛

Texas businesses now have a new way to invest in children and families right here in West Texas. Through the Strong Families Tax Credit, eligible businesses can make a designated contribution to the Children’s Home of Lubbock and receive a dollar-for-dollar credit toward their Texas franchise tax liability.

Instead of those tax dollars going to the state, your business can help provide safety, stability and opportunities for children and families in our community. Credits are limited statewide and available on a first-come, first-served basis, and businesses must receive approval through the Texas Comptroller before making their contribution.

We’re officially counting down to one of our favorite days of the year. Join us October 3 from 10 a.m.–2 p.m. for the Children’s Home of Lubbock’s 37th Annual Fall Festival!
