Almost concert time!!!! Season 2 is a smaller orchestra, but they will knock your socks off! And YES- it is THAT GOLDEN that just won the Oscar for Best Original Song!!
MVACO has 5th grade to adult musicians! We have new string players, musicians who are playing their violin/viola/cello as a 2nd or even 3rd instrument! 4 sets of parent child musicians! Its a spectacular group! Come see our concert and be inspired to pick back up that string instrument or start a anew! Its never too late!

So love this! But just bc they are new or coming back to their instrument doesn’t mean they need to think of themselves as bad! 😘
But having a welcoming and safe place to “fail” is good.

But I love mixing the adults and youth for MVACO!

I am excited to officially announce the The Chelmsford Cultural Council (under Mass Cultural Council) has awarded MVACO it's first official grant! Although MVACO includes all towns, and is not only for Chelmsford musicians, the CCC saw the importance of supporting a program that does perform in their town, and it does give their residents and many others a chance to be part of an orchestra!
Thank you CCC!!!!
I look forward to applying for more grants this spring!
