MVACO is a youth & adult string orchestra open to all levels of string players in all towns.

Our repertoire will often feature custom arrangements with tiered parts by skill level rather than by instrument!

MVACO had a great concert! Congratulations to all the Season 3 musicians!
Thank you SOOOO much to the singers who came out! We will definitely bring singers back again soon!

Season 4 registration is open. https://bit.ly/MVACOSeason4 Depending on numbers, we may break into small ensembles that will be skill leveled.
If we have a large number of registrations, maybe it will be regular orchestra style! But playing in small groups is a great way to learn how to be a better larger orchestra member anyhow!!!
Also- QUESTION? Can we incorporate friends who play non-string instruments into the small ensembles?? MAYBE! - So I ask if you are interested and available, fill out the form, no need to pay yet, and let's see what happens by the end of December!
Flexibility in growing new programs is the key! I thank you!!!! And we can see what the consensus wants!

MVACO final season 3 rehearsal laid its final layer tonight!! Added 9 singers- 1st MVACO choir! And of course it’s All-Ages!!!!
One more bonus singer coming next week from Manlius NY!
Adding singers and cookies to rehearsals is always a win!!

Phew 2nd to last rehearsal for season 3 done!!! Added drums and trumpet to America!! MVACO musicians are sounding great!!

Hello Music World! MVACO is looking for a business sponsor or a generous donors to cover our concert program printing costs! This concert will have a full multi-page program with lyrics to songs for the audience to join in the choir, and a dedication page to a friends son we lost to leukemia. And with an added choir, a longer list of musicians!
If you are able to help, please reach out! Your logo will be added and/or we can offer an ad spot!
Pictures are just a draft of the program and to catch ones attention!
