NCCDF was awarded a $50k community planning grant from Virginia Housing for a year-long study on two parcels of land on Callohill Drive in Lovingston. NCCDF will undertake this study with Hill Studio out of Roanoke to evaluate the property for affordable housing. Community input is vital in the planning process, so stay alert for more on this as the work progresses!

Happy for our friends at Twice Is Nice Upscale Resale Boutique as they have their grand re-opening TODAY, January 23rd! The doors for shopping at their new home at 600 Preston Avenue will open at 10 AM.
This move gives them more space to welcome shoppers, receive donations, and do the work that makes Twice is Nice possible. WOOT!
