📚✏️ Back to school, back to the basics! ❤️

Today’s lesson from one of our littlest LifeHope friends: Listen to your mommy and daddy, and be nice! 🥰

If only every lesson came this cute! 🥹💙

💜One of our LifeHope graduates recently fulfilled a dream she has worked incredibly hard for—she became a nurse! 👩‍⚕️🎓

We are so proud of her perseverance, determination, and the way she kept moving forward even when the journey wasn’t easy. Her story is a beautiful reminder that with faith, support, hard work, and a willingness to keep growing, dreams really can become reality.🩵

Congratulations, graduate! We can’t wait to see where God takes you next! ✨

We hit pause on the busyness of life this weekend and headed to Activate for an afternoon of fun, teamwork, and a little friendly competition!

We solved challenges together, cheered each other on, laughed, and discovered muscles we forgot we had. 💜

Sometimes we think of play as something reserved for children, but science tells us otherwise.

Research shows that play is essential for adults, too. It helps reduce stress, boosts mood, strengthens relationships, improves creativity, and even enhances problem-solving skills. When we play, our brains release dopamine and endorphins—chemicals that help us feel happier, more connected, and more resilient.

At LifeHopeMoms, we believe caring for moms means caring for the whole person. That doesn't just mean providing resources and support—it also means creating opportunities for joy, connection, laughter, and community.

Because when moms are healthy, encouraged, and connected, families thrive.

Here's to making space for more play, more laughter, and more moments that remind us we're not meant to do life alone. 💚💜

Because taking time to play is taking time to care for ourselves.

Gabrielle Santiago said something in her book “Single In A Relationship With God” that has stuck with me. She said “Stop using God as your emergency contact.”📱🆘

It got me thinking, that He doesn’t just want a call when the tires blow out, the bank account hits single digits, or the kids are having a full-blown meltdown.

He wants to be involved in every single facet of your life.

Single moms get so used to constantly putting out fires, managing crises, and carrying the entire load on their shoulders. It’s easy to slip into "survival mode" and only reach out to God when they hit a wall.

But God isn’t a 911 operator. He’s a Father.
He wants to be in the everyday spaces with you:

☕ In the quiet morning coffee before the house wakes up.
🚗 In the chaotic morning commute to school.
🧺 In the endless piles of laundry and dinner prep.

When you invite Him into the ordinary moments, you stop carrying the weight of the extraordinary alone. You don't have to wait for a crisis to draw near to Him. He’s already standing right beside you, ready to help you carry the day.

Today’s Reflection: What’s one "small" thing on your plate today that you can hand over to Him before it turns into an emergency?

Drop a ❤️ in the comments if you needed this reminder today!
