About the artist: These pieces were designed by local artist Amanda Maldonado of Mas Coyink. She’s spent years celebrating Longmont through her work—most notably with a Where’s Waldo–style map of the 300 block of Main Street—and brought that same spirit to Issue 10’s cover, a seek-and-find of everything we love about Longmont on two wheels.

We’re honored to share that INSIDE LONGMONT was named Emerging Business of the Year by the !

This recognition means a lot to us. From the beginning, we wanted to create a publication that would elevate the community, support local contributors and businesses, and tell stories that were not being told. To have that work recognized is humbling and encouraging.

Thank you to the Longmont Chamber for this honor, and to everyone who has helped make the magazine possible—our photographers, designers, writers, editors, advertisers, subscribers, and supporters. We could not do this without you, or without a community that believes in local stories and independent journalism.

We also want to congratulate our fellow nominees, and Antonio’s Pizza, who exemplify the passion, service, and community-minded spirit that define so many of Longmont’s local businesses.

We look forward to many more issues in print! Thanks Longmont!

A big congratulations to INSIDE LONGMONT Pawtner, for recently celebrating their 10th anniversary serving local families and their pets! (See what we did there?!)

In February, Dr. Mimi Elliott and Dr. Tory Wunder marked 10 years of running their practice. While Longmont Small Animal Hospital has served the community since 1978, the past decade has been one of meaningful growth including expanded services, advanced diagnostics and surgery, and the launch of our Urgent Care.

Kudos to Dr. Elliott, Dr. Wunder and the entire LSAH team!

Do you have a favorite crossing guard in Longmont? 🚸Now is your chance to show them some love!

We’re inviting readers to vote for the crossing guard who stands out to them, whether it’s someone who knows your kid’s name or simply makes a busy intersection feel a bit less hectic. The guard who receives the most votes will be featured in a profile in our next issue, offering a small spotlight on a role that’s part of so many daily routines.
