Next meeting: June 16, 2026 at 6 pm in the HS cafeteria.
We were amazed at the turnout last night and thankful for all of the conversations, ideas, and concerns. We will be putting together options for all voting members as well as voting on president and treasurer.
If you didn’t join last night or were not able to make it, you will be able to join the booster club at the next meeting. $25 per person which includes voting rights.

Also add to your calendar July 18th 8 am for concession stand cleanouts to get started on volunteer hours.

IMPORTANT Booster Club Meeting
Thursday, May 28, 6 pm @ high school cafeteria.

We have been approached regarding how we handle scholarships and hours. If you don’t come to the meetings, it is hard for us to have discussions and make changes. Being a member of the booster club ensures you get a vote in our policies, procedures, and what is purchased for the athletic programs. If you have a concern or complaint, these meetings are the place to get them addressed with the board members.

Agenda includes
NEW SCHOLARSHIP AND VOLUNTEER CRITERIA, we need input from members, you can become a member at this meeting
NEW changes to the football schedule and how it will change concessions
Vote on board members
Discuss concession stand clean out day
Preparing for programs and business sign ads for next school year

Sports Banquet ticket sales will be extended until 5 pm tomorrow, May 11th. There has been confusion with the new process this past week and we do not want anyone left out!

Anyone, including athletes, who would like to be served a meal at the banquet will need a ticket. Athlete tickets are free, but we need an accurate head count to order food this year.

If you would like to attend the festivities but not interested in eating the meal, you do not need a ticket this year. Feel free to come join 🙂

Tomorrow is the last day to secure a ticket for a meal at the sports banquet. Athletes and Coaches are free but still must have a ticket.

Every drink purchased, every hour worked, every donation made a huge impact this year. We can’t send out enough thanks!! A grand total will be presented at the All Sports Banquet May 16th-6 PM.

We had questions about the meal. It will be catered by Billito’s Italian Restaurant out of Greenville.

PLEASE READ THE EVENT INFO.

ATHLETES—In order to get your free meal, you must fill out the form for a ticket by May 9th.

PARENTS AND GUESTS—Tickets are not available at the door this year. We welcome everyone to attend but in order to receive a meal, a ticket must be purchased by May 9th. NO EXCEPTIONS. Ensure your athletes have also filled out the information for a ticket.

If you are attending and not eating, entrance is free.

This is to ensure we have an accurate amount of food for our caterer. Bracelets will be handed out at the door and must be worn to receive a plate.
