This project is designed to service five low income counties in Southeast Ohio.

These people do an amazing job!!!

We wanted to make a post letting everyone know that currently at our shelter we have a total of 16 dogs... with only 14 kennels! We currently have 6 dogs tied up with court cases, 5 dogs available for adoption, and 5 that are on their 3-day hold! We are asking that everyone is patient with us and works with us. We will return any calls that come in about dogs and help to the best of our ability! If anyone is interested in meeting or adopting any of the AVAILABLE dogs you can call the shelter at 740-596-9285, and we will get an appointment set up with you! If nobody answers, please leave a message and we will get back with you ASAP!! THANK YOU!!🐾

With the severe flooding throughout our area, Bad Luck Ranch Equine Rescue has safe, dry stalls available for horses that may be in danger or need to be evacuated.

If your pasture, barn, or property is taking on water and you need somewhere safe to get your horses, please reach out. Don’t wait until the water is at the barn door.

We may also be able to assist with emergency extraction, evacuation, or hauling for horses that need to be moved out of dangerous situations.
