Livonia parkrun Free, weekly, timed 5k Run or Walk at BiCentennial Park
Open to all ages, abilities. Participation is free, but you must register

The mainstay of parkrun events is that they are simple and offer no barriers to taking part. Our parkrunners can run, jog or walk, can bring their dog on a lead or push their children in a pram and can be 5 years old or 105.

This week we celebrated 🥳 Erik Hughes and Randy Nussio's 50th, Kevin Taylor and Nsombi White's 25th parkrun, along with Michael Nowell's 25th volunteer.
We also remember our friend and fellow parkrunner Tim Granzotto as he passed away this week. Rest high my friend.

Tomorrow, June 6th, is our 14th Anniversary celebration of the 1st ever Livonia parkrun held back on June 2nd, 2012. Please join us at 8 a.m. in Bicentennial Park on 7 Mile Road for our 663rd free, fun, friendly 5K. We will have a party at the park after parkrun with free food and drinks and games. Bring your lawn chair, and hang out after your run/walk/or jog. It is also Guy Bardsley's 250th parkrun Come congratulate Guy and sign his memento.

Due to another event our start will be moved to the East lot. After entering from 7 mile at Bicentennial Drive continue past the fire house and take the first (only) right. Look for the banners. Example in photo. Come and get it Livonia parkrun.
