The 2026 Healthy Livonia Turkey Trot Halloween Edition takes place TOMORROW, Oct. 31 at Bicentennial Park. This fun, costume‑friendly 5K begins at 9:30 a.m., with late registration available at 8:30 a.m. for cash or check only.

All proceeds from the event support the Livonia Goodfellows, and no canned food donations will be accepted. Costumes are encouraged, and registration is $20 per walker or runner. Sponsored by Christian Financial Credit Union.

Livonia Parks and Recreation offers youth scholarships to help eligible Livonia families access recreation programs. Children ages 17 and younger may qualify for up to $300 in annual assistance.

Designed for children ages 2-5, this hands-on class encourages creativity and exploration through a different messy project each week. Experience the thrills of the Haunted Barn at the Wilson Barn during its final weekend, open Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 24–25, from Noon to 6 p.m. Visitors can explore the historic horse stalls filled with friendly and spooky monsters and ghosts. It's just $1 admission per trip and fun for all ages.

While you’re there, make a day of it by enjoying the last weekend of Pumpkin Fest, happening October 24–25, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. The festival features reasonably priced pumpkins, vendors, food trucks, caretaker house tours, c***r and doughnuts, hayrides, a petting zoo, pony rides, and a bounce house. There’s no admission charge for Pumpkin Fest (event and food costs vary), and no prior registration is required for either attraction. It’s the perfect place for families and groups to celebrate fall together!
