The UC Davis Redwood SEED Scholars Program has applications open for its third cohort of students!

The Redwood SEED Scholars Program is a US Department of Education federally funded, inclusive college program for students with intellectual disabilities. Scholars are welcomed to UC Davis as full-time non-degree students, and supported with peer mentors in academics, social inclusion, health and wellness, residential living and employment.

Redwood Seed Scholars take part in paid and unpaid internships both on and off campus with the goal of competitive, integrated employment. They live alongside other UC Davis students in on-campus housing and participate in campus clubs and organizations.

You must be a California resident, have a documented intellectual disability and between the ages of 18-23 to apply. Funding is available through the Department of Rehabilitation and the Regional Center system.
