For those of you that are new here, Ethan & the Bean® is a nonprofit cafe with a mission to empower persons with Autism & Intellectual Disabilities by providing meaningful employment opportunities in an inclusive and supportive environment. We believe that every individual, regardless of ability, deserves the chance to thrive in the workplace and the community. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and skills development, we offer our employees the tools to build confidence, independence and a sense of purpose.
