We provide educational guidance, resources, and workshops on guardianship and future planning options. We are sharing important information with our followers, families, and advocates in the IDD community.

Billy Cray’s Law (A2705/S1172) continues efforts to install cameras in common areas of New Jersey group homes.

The attached update recognizes providers who have voluntarily installed cameras and provides information for families interested in staying informed about upcoming legislative hearings, meetings, and opportunities to participate.

As we continue to advocate in the IDD community, it’s vital to stay aware of legislation that could impact the safety, protection, dignity, and rights of individuals living in group homes.

Please review the information and share it with other families who may benefit.

Knowledge is power. Advocacy starts with being informed.
