Please join us in congratulating Robert Passerelle Jr. as our Veteran of the Quarter sponsored by RBFCU!
Rob has been an integral part of the Little Elm Veterans Committee since its inception and has dedicated countless hours to serving veterans both in Little Elm and beyond. Whether he is helping veterans navigate available benefits, accompanying those who may be overwhelmed by the process, volunteering at community events, or raising awareness about the resources available through the Veterans Committee, Rob is always ready to serve.
His mission is simple: to ensure every veteran feels seen, supported, and never has to face life's challenges alone. Rob can often be found representing the Veterans Committee at local events, participating in the annual Veterans Day Memorial Walk while proudly carrying the Marine Corps flag, and supporting organizations like the Fisher House through annual water drives that benefit veteran families.
In addition to his work with veterans, Rob is an active member of a local Masonic Lodge that raises scholarship funds for students pursuing college or trade school opportunities. Through years of fundraising efforts, he has helped create opportunities for young people to achieve their educational goals.
Rob enlisted in the United States Marine Corps at the age of 17 and served during Operation Urgent Fury in Grenada as well as with the Multinational Force in Beirut, Lebanon. His military service earned him numerous honors and commendations, reflecting a lifelong commitment to service before, during, and after his time in uniform.
Little Elm is a stronger community because of Rob and his family. Thank you for your service, your leadership, and your continued dedication to helping others.
Congratulations, Rob, on this well-deserved recognition! 🇺🇸
A special thank you to our Veteran of the Quarter sponsor, RBFCU, for helping us recognize the veterans who make a difference in our community.
