❤️🖤🦅 THANK YOU, LINDEN COMMUNITY! 🦅🖤❤️

What a BEAUTIFUL day for some football and cheer! 🏈📣

As we wrap up another incredible day on our home field, we want to take a moment to recognize the people who make LYFC what it is. Our community, our families, and our volunteers!

❤️🖤 TO OUR LYFC PARENTS: We cannot thank you enough for powering through FOUR home game days this season! From early morning setups to late-night cleanups, concessions, gates, chain gangs, announcers, and everything in between — YOU showed up! Your willingness to give your time is what keeps this program running. We couldn't do it without you!

🏈 TO OUR HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL ATHLETES: The connections you've built with our younger athletes throughout this season have been something special. We know balancing school, sports, and your own commitments isn't easy, yet you continued to show up and give back. You may not realize it, but those little Eagles look up to YOU! The impact you've made goes far beyond the football field, and it certainly has not gone unnoticed.

🙌 TO OUR NHS, NJHS, AND STUDENT COUNCIL STUDENTS: YOU ARE AWESOME! Thank you for stepping up, lending a helping hand, and showing our younger generation what leadership and community involvement look like. Keep leading the flock! 🦅

And to the countless other helping hands along the way — we know we're probably missing a few! Please know that every hour volunteered, every task completed, and every act of kindness has made a lasting impact on our program.

LYFC is more than football and cheer. It's a COMMUNITY coming together for our kids. ❤️

We hope you all know just how much we appreciate you. From our LYFC Board, coaches, and athletes — THANK YOU for another incredible season of support!

❤️🖤 ONE COMMUNITY. ONE FLOCK. EAGLE PRIDE! 🦅

🏈📣 LYFC NEEDS OUR COMMUNITY’S HELP! ❤️🖤🦅

We are hosting PLAYOFF GAMES this Saturday, October 24th, at Linden’s Claude Cranston Field! 🎉

While we are excited to host, not all of our Linden teams will be playing at home due to playoff placements following the regular season.

HERE’S WHERE WE NEED YOU! 👇

We are in DESPERATE NEED OF VOLUNTEERS to help make this day run smoothly!

🙌 Volunteer opportunities include:
📣 Announcers
👀 Spotters
⏱️ Clock Operators
🏈 Chain Gang
🍿 Concessions

Whether you have a couple of hours to spare or can help for the whole day, WE NEED YOU!

LYFC is a volunteer-run organization, and it truly takes a community to make these opportunities possible for our athletes!

☀️ The weather is looking BEAUTIFUL for a Saturday full of football and cheer! What better way to spend a few hours than supporting our local youth athletes?!

❤️🖤 You don't have to have an athlete playing at home to make a difference! We would love to see our community come together and help us finish this season strong!

🏈🦅 The Calm Before the Storm! ❤️🖤

It's our LAST full day of LYFC home games at Claude Cranston Field for the 2026 season!

Today is an extra special one as we honor our 6th graders who are officially "Leavin' the Nest!" 🦅❤️

These athletes are spreading their wings and preparing to take the next step in their football and cheer journeys as they head to middle school!

It's a bittersweet day as we celebrate the memories made, friendships built, and growth we've watched happen right here on our fields.

Let's pack the stands, bring the noise, and make this last full day of home games one to remember!

❤️🖤 HOME GAME DAY #2 = HUGE SUCCESS! 🖤❤️

Our second full day of home games is officially in the books, and what a day it was!🏈🏟🎀

We truly could not keep this program running without our amazing parent volunteers, coaches, concession sponsors, referees, and board members who continue to show up and pour their time into our kids.

LYFC is 100% powered by volunteers, and days like yesterday show exactly what that means. We may all have different roles, but we share one mission and one heck of a love for the athletes in our community. 🦅

To every person who worked a shift, coached a team, sponsored our concessions, set up, cleaned up, reffed a game, or stepped in wherever you were needed —
THANK YOU!

It takes a whole flock to make days like this happen, and we have a pretty incredible one. ❤️🦅🖤
