At Inspired Now Wellness, our mission goes beyond providing wellness services. We are committed to educating, empowering, and equipping individuals and communities with the knowledge and resources needed to make informed decisions about their health and well-being.

THE MISSING LINK: Environmental Wellness Series

Have you ever considered how the products you use, the food you prepare, or the air inside your home may influence your health? Environmental wellness is an important, yet often overlooked, component of preventive health.

Through this FREE educational series, Tasia will explore what research tells us about everyday environmental exposures, potential health risks, and practical ways to make healthier choices including simple changes that cost absolutely nothing.

Tasia brings more than a decade of experience examining health disparities, environmental influences, and the conditions that shape health outcomes. Her approach centers on education, empowerment, and helping individuals create healthier environments without fear or unnecessary financial burdens.

What an amazing day in Lillington!

Our Community Wellness Day was a huge success — filled with energy, connection, and care for our community! 💙

A special thank you to Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. and Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. for volunteering and showing up in full support, and to all of our partners and vendors who provided incredible resources, health services, and education throughout the day.

Because of your efforts, so many families and individuals received valuable tools to support their health and wellness.
