Tiny patient. Big care. 🐹❤️

Even the littlest animals sometimes need a little extra help.

This little hamster may be tiny, but their care matters just as much. 🥹

Cheers to a VERY good day. 🥂🐹❤️

Portunus is wrapping up North Texas Giving Day the only way he knows how: a little drink, a little snack, and some quality time at the picnic table. 😂

Wait… if we don’t breed, where do all these BABIES come from?! 🐹👶❤️

Texas Rustlers does not breed animals — but sometimes guinea pigs arrive already pregnant. When they do, we give mom a safe place to have her babies and provide the food, housing, supplies, monitoring, and care that the whole little family needs. ❤️

Once the babies are old enough, they’re appropriately separated, and mom and babies can begin their journeys toward forever homes.

By taking these families into rescue and making sure everyone is properly separated before adoption, we’re also helping prevent another generation of unplanned litters and breaking that cycle. 🐹💙

And as ridiculously cute as all these tiny faces are… babies mean more mouths to feed, more supplies, more housing, and more care.

That’s where YOU come in.

💙 Your North Texas Giving Day donation helps us care for every mom, every baby, and every animal who comes through our doors.

The bunnies have spoken. 🐰🏈🧙‍♀️

We gave them a very important choice:
🏈 Football or 💚 Wicked

And apparently these bunnies are ready to defy gravity. 😂

💚 WICKED WINS! 💚

Now we need to know: Did they make the right choice?! 👀
👇 Team Football 🏈 or Team Wicked 💚? Tell us in the comments!

While our bunnies settle the important issues of the day, we have one more thing to vote YES on: helping Texas Rustlers reach our $100,000 North Texas Giving Day goal! 💙

She’s home. 🥹🐰❤️

Maybelle was found dumped outside by a Good Samaritan and brought to Texas Rustlers in very poor condition, covered in mites and desperately needing care.

But that wasn’t the end of her story. ❤️

She was brought into quarantine, treated, cared for, and given the time she needed to heal. And then came the part we work toward for every animal who comes through our doors…

Home.

Today, Maybelle is healthy, loved, and living her best life with her new bunny friend. 🐰🐰❤️

This is what rescue looks like. Your North Texas Giving Day donations help make stories like Maybelle’s possible — from the moment an animal arrives needing us to the moment we get to watch them go home.

💙 Donate today through the link in our bio.

📣 Can’t donate? Please SHARE. Someone in your circle may be able to help us give the next Maybelle her second chance.
