CELEBRATING THE LIFE OF MARCIA OBARA

Marcia passed away on May 8, 2026.
We are having a celebration of life on September 27, 2026 from
12:00-2:00p.m, at the Casino Building at Ellicott Creek Park, Tonawanda, New York.
We would love to have you come and share any of your memories of Marcia with us during this time. As many of you know, Marcia loved being outdoors, and anything related to birding! We thought it most appropriate to have her celebration of life in a place that would bring her joy.

Last night at the Niagara Falls Education Foundation Scholarship Dinner, I was honored to present a $2,000 Scholarship from the NFHS Class of 1970 Scholarship Fund to Qurat Ain, a most deserving senior of the NFHS Class of 2026. She will be attending SUNY Buffalo to study law in the fall. Congratulations to all 26 scholarship winners.
