Landscape SIG
The April field trip was an evening shoot at Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. With a full moon rising 40 minutes before sunset, our goal was to incorporate it with the buildings in the area. Specifically, we were trying to catch it coming up behind the Domino Sugars sign. Unfortunately, low clouds on the horizon in the east prevented us from seeing it directly behind the sign. But by the time the moon cleared the clouds, the clouds had some color from the sunset resulting in some good images. Then we photographed the lights of the Inner Harbor. It was a cool breezy evening but we were able to try a few things like ICM (Intentional Camera Movement). A nice dinner finished off the enjoyable trip.

Event SIG
Event SIG photographers had a busy schedule Saturday, April 25. Chuck Payette covered the 4th annual Family Promise of Southern Delaware's brunch held at Rehoboth's Village Improvement Association Clubhouse on the Boardwalk. The other major event this past Saturday was the annual Delaware Defense Day commemoration at Fort Miles covered by Mark Houlday, Denise Jones, and Greg Rinker. Chuck Payette did double duty splitting his photography time with Family Promise.

Family Promise of Southern Delaware hosts several events each year to engage support, raise funds and spread the word about our mission to end family homelessness.
