For many children in foster care, life is filled with constant change—new homes, new schools, and the quiet weight of feeling like they don’t quite belong.

But one consistent, caring adult can change everything.

CASA volunteers show up in ways that matter—advocating, listening, and standing beside a child through uncertainty. Because of that support, children begin to rebuild trust, find stability, and feel seen.

If this resonates with you, there are ways to make a difference.

👉 Consider donating, becoming a volunteer, or joining us and walking for a child like Daniel for our Walk for a Child on April 25.

One child. One advocate. One life changed.

Right now in our community, children in the child welfare system are facing uncertainty, big transitions, and difficult moments, and what makes the greatest difference is having one consistent adult standing beside them.

That’s why we walk.

Walk for a Child brings our community together to support CASA volunteers who advocate for children and help guide them toward safer, more stable futures.

Registration is now open if you’d like to join us on April 25th, whether you walk, form a team, or support through a donation. Every step helps a child feel seen, heard, and protected.

Right now, abused and neglected children in our community are waiting for someone to stand beside them when they need it most.

CASA volunteers are trained advocates who speak up for children in the child welfare system, ensuring their voices are heard, their needs are met, and their futures are protected. One consistent adult can truly change the course of a child’s life.

If you have ever felt called to make a meaningful difference, this is your moment.

By becoming a CASA volunteer, you provide stability during uncertain times, ensure a child’s best interests are represented in court, and help build stronger outcomes for children and families.

💙 Apply now and help us reach more children who are counting on someone like you at casafayette.org.

Together, we are building brighter futures, one child at a time.

The CASA for Kids theme for 2026:
💙 Building Brighter Futures. One Child at a Time.

Last year, we focused on Illuminating Hope. One Child at a Time.
This year, we’re carrying that light forward by helping children build something lasting.

Building Brighter Futures is about creating strong foundations, resilience, and stability for children who have experienced abuse or neglect, so they have the support they need not just today, but for the years ahead.

Through the dedication of trained CASA volunteers, children are given:
• A consistent, caring advocate
• A voice in decisions that shape their lives
• Support that puts their best interests first

Because when a child has someone standing beside them, brighter futures are possible.

Our next CASA Training Class begins on March 4th. If you're interested in becoming a CASA volunteer, please visit https://loom.ly/E45gC5g!
