We are seeking to expand our team of Canteen Tenders (bartenders) and are currently hiring. Although experience is preferred, it is not a requirement as we offer comprehensive training. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a Veteran friendly environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with members/patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall guest experience.

Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Engage with customers, taking orders accurately while providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions efficiently, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management.
- Utilize POS system for order entry and payment processing effectively.

Experience:
- Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Sales experience is beneficial for promoting specials and upselling items.
