Yesterday, our women’s team competed in the Royals XC Challenge. We had two set PB while four ran SB. They cut 37 seconds off their team average with a 20:20. Next race will be the Great Lakes Challenge on 10/24.

Yesterday, our men’s team participated in the Royals XC Challenge in Charlotte, NC. Three runners set PB while two others ran SB. The men cut 1:27 off their team average of 27:00. Next race is the Great Lakes Challenge on 10/24.

We competed at the Southern Showcase yesterday. Our women’s team finished 8th. In her first race of the season, Elizabeth Agyei was our top finisher. Wendy Komane was close behind finishing 25th. Next up is the Royal Challenge on 10/9.

Our men’s team race distance was also reduced due to high temperatures. They ran a 6k. Our young team showed a lot of growth from race one. Watch out for this group later this season. They finished 12th.

Our women’s team competed in the IWU Twilight this weekend. Due to high temperatures, the race was reduced to a 5k. Our team’s average went down 40 seconds from last week as we get closer to what we were expect to be. They finished 9th in a highly competitive field.
