🌿 We're Back! 🌿
After a busy few weeks of fireworks, vacation and all that summer brings, I'm excited to be back on the chair/mat with you!

Sometimes stepping away reminds us just how much we need those moments to slow down, breathe deeply, stretch, and reconnect with ourselves. If your summer has felt full, let yoga be the pause you've been looking for.

Whether you've been attending regularly, it's been a while, or you've been thinking about trying your very first class, I'd love to welcome you.
