UPDATE ATTN : WCSC State show information:

We will have signups for State Show this Sunday, Aug 2 from 3-6p @ 2213 Barnes Dr Lebanon TN. Just come in through the front door at Danette's home.

Sign-ups for State Show must be paid in full the day of signing up. The form of payment accepted is cash or check only! No cards & No Venmo.

Cost:
$7.00 per rider for each class you ride.
$10.00 per person for weekend armbands.
Note: All riders (except 6 & under)MUST have their armband on their wrist to ride every class. Armbands will be checked before all riders enter the arena/gate.

Coggins:
We are required to have a printed copy to keep of your coggins to send to TSCA. These coggins should be good through to at least Sept 7, 2026. Bring a printed copy to turn in. This is mandatory by the State. Please don't ask if we can hold your sign up without a coggins turned in on sign up day. This is not allowed and will not be approved.

Working at State Show:
There will be sign up sheets to work at State Show. Rule of thumb, If you plan on attending, then plan on working one of the assigned shifts. Either Friday or on Sunday. All members plan to sign up to work our designated class and or to work the entrance gate.

Our ride order #17. Kindly save the date to work 12U poles on Friday. Also, Wilson County Saddle Club works the gate on Sunday from 430-6p rain or shine.

Registering your golf cart:
If you plan on bringing your golf cart, four wheeler, or a side by side, tell us the make and model to receive a required tag issued by TSCA. It is giving to you at the gate when you arrive at State Show. No razor types permitted per fair grounds security.

There will be more information regarding State Show after sign ups.
