Reminder, this is our fundraiser for WCSC so the members can enjoy Saddle club and all the extra perks/awards.

Save the date ** IBB is July 18th not the 11th share to everyone!!

VIP - Please make your donations/contributions payable to Wilson County Saddle club or WCSC and specify if added monies go towards open, youth and or poles. Ask any company to sponsor - it is the best way to raise money to support our club!

Our Ride dates for 2026! Please share 😊

Please see snap shot of our 2026 ride dates. On Friday nights, we will begin our 1st class at 7pm. Sundays, our ride time start at 4pm.

Membership: Single: $50.00 Family: $75.00

(Non-Member single night ride: $10 single, $20 for family)

Only paid members will receive points toward year end awards and State Show qualification. Negative Coggins required for all horses on the grounds.

Our open show fundraiser is the Independence Barrel Bash scheduled July 18th 2026. The IBB is held at the fairgrounds in covered arena.
(UPDATE- Not NBHA sanctioned)
We need everyone's help asking companies to sponsor this open show. The company or individual can donate to added or a specific class. Please begin asking for donations ASAP so that we can provide awesome awards for our club members.

Rules & Regulations for Saddle club:

1. No person or horses shall be permitted in any area of the fairgrounds except the outdoor arena and trailer parking areas.

2. All horses must have current negative Coggins test on file with WCSC. Bring us a copy at sign ups.

3. All members are expected to take an active participation and volunteer to work at SaddleClub. This includes the IBB open show.

4. All members and single night riders must sign a release of injury waiver in order to ride.

5. No alcoholic beverages permitted.

6. The above rules will be in addition to the TSCA rules.
