We follow a housing-first model and provide holistic survivor-centered, trauma-informed care in a long-term residentia

l community. The primary goal of our program is to inspire these women to re-imagine their lives and to empower and equip them to live healthy, financially independent, purpose-filled lives. The vision of Rest Stop Ministries is to grow and develop our residential restoration program into a model of excellence, and to launch a social enterprise that supports both the financial independence of our graduates and the sustainability of our program.

We are thrilled to celebrate a milestone that represents so much more for her than a date on the calendar. We celebrate one year of her choosing freedom, one year of her choosing healing, and one year of her showing up, even on the hard days.

She has worked incredibly hard to reclaim her life, and today we get to celebrate 365 days of sobriety and the strength, courage, and perseverance that brought her to RSM.

We are debuting the first of our Silent Auction items: a Fried Green Tomatoes Food Truck experience!

Gather your favorite people and enjoy a private food truck experience for 30-40 guests with Fried Green Tomatoes Food Truck, owned by Holly Cooper. Holly and her FGT food truck were featured on Shark Tank.

Your guests will enjoy Holly's famous fried green tomatoes, her signature Bacon, Lettuce & Fried Green Tomato Sandwich, freshly made hamburgers, and crowd-favorite sides like crispy onion rings and fried pickles.
