We want to make sure every child in our community has access to nutritious food this summer, and we've got an AMAZING resource to share with you!

🍎🥪 FREE 7-Day Meal Packs are available for ALL children 18 and under — no strings attached!

📍 Where: First Baptist Church | Lebanon, TN
📅 When: Every Tuesday through July 28, 2026
⏰ Time: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM

Honoring Those Who Gave Everything

Today, our community came together to take on the Murph Challenge — not because it was easy, but because it was meaningful. With every pull-up, push-up, squat, and mile run, we thought of the brave men and women who gave the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom. We ran for those who can't.

Lieutenant Michael Murphy gave everything for his teammates and his country, and today we honored his memory along with every fallen hero who stood in the gap for all of us. To our veterans and active military — thank you. Words will never be enough, but today we hoped our effort spoke for us.

This Memorial Day, we are grateful, humbled, and proud to be a community that remembers. 🇺🇸❤️ Never forgotten. Always honored.

👙 Friendly Reminder: Pool Attire Guidelines
Hey there, pool family! 🌊 We just want to take a moment to remind everyone of our swim attire guidelines to keep our pool safe, clean, and enjoyable for all!
✅ Please DO wear:
Proper swimwear — traditional swimsuits, swim trunks, and rashguards are all great choices!
👶 Children not yet potty trained must wear swim diapers.
❌ Please avoid wearing:
Thong or Brazilian/French-cut bottoms
Street clothes, shorts, jeans, or skirts
Sports bras, leggings, or leotards
Compression shorts or boxer briefs
Mermaid tails
Underwear under swimsuits
💛 Here's why it matters:
We are a family-friendly facility and want everyone to feel comfortable
Street clothing can be heavy and unsafe in the water
Outside clothing carries bacteria and chemicals that can harm our pool water
We truly appreciate your cooperation and understanding! Our goal is simply to make sure everyone has a safe and fun experience. 😊
