Staff Spotlight: Angela Been
For 19 years, Angela Been has been a steady and faithful presence at Big Springs Ranch for Children. Through countless changes, challenges, and successes, Angela has remained committed to our mission of helping children build strong foundations for life.
Over the years, she has served in multiple roles across our organization, always stepping up wherever she was needed most. Her willingness to help, positive attitude, and dedication to our youth make her the definition of a team player. Today, Angela serves as one of our Case Managers.
As Campus Director Douglas Adair shares:
“Angela always goes above and beyond, and I truly can’t imagine Big Springs Ranch without her. Over the years, she has been one of the most dedicated employees I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. She believes in our mission, cares deeply about our children, and approaches every day with a servant’s heart.
Angela is kind, dependable, and always willing to step in wherever she’s needed. The impact she has made on this ranch and on the lives of the youth we serve is impossible to measure.
And perhaps most importantly… she always answers my calls, even when she probably doesn’t want to! For that, and for everything else she does, I am incredibly grateful. Big Springs Ranch is a better place because of Angela Been.”
