Better cow flow means better conditions for the cows and the people caring for them.

At Edelweiss Farm, the new facility allows cows to move directly to feed and water after milking without having to navigate crowded gates or a rush of animals.

It’s a small change in how the barn works that makes a big difference in cow health, safety, and productivity.

🐄🥛 Happy National Farmers Day!

Give thanks to the farmers who care for their animals, tend the land and work hard every day to bring food to our tables.

One of the best ways to thank a farmer? Enjoy what they produce! 🥛🧀🍦
Pour a glass of milk, enjoy a dairy snack or add cheese to your favorite meal.

To our farmers—thank you for all you do, today and every day to keep wholesome, nutritious foods on our plates!

🍎🧈 Back to school, back to Saturday Academy!

We’re excited to be back with students and families at BPS Community Schools Saturday Academies for more hands-on dairy fun! Today at Hamlin Park, we whipped up Cottage Cheese Caramel Apple Dip—a tasty fall treat starring protein-packed cottage cheese. At Futures Academy, we made butter and explored how cream transforms into something delicious!

These simple recipes give students and families a chance to try something new, learn together and bring a little dairy inspiration home. 🐄

Thank you Waterfront Elementary School for inviting us to join in your Homecoming Festivities today! We had a great time "Moo-vin & Groo-vin" making butter and sharing how milk goes from farm to fridge. Students enjoyed making their own butter and of course sampling their hard work after all that shaking!
