There’s just something special about county fair week. It’s a time to celebrate agriculture—to showcase the animals, crops, hard work and traditions that make Western New York agriculture so special. And, of course, it’s a time to catch up with neighbors, friends and familiar faces!

Meet Keith and Josie Koerner of East Koy Valley Farms in Pike! The Koerner family has deep roots in Wyoming County agriculture—and this year they’re celebrating a pretty sweet milestone. 🌽

60 YEARS OF SWEET CORN! 🎉🌽

For six decades, the Koerner family has been growing sweet corn for their community. If you’re visiting the fair, make a stop at their nearby Koerner’s Country Corners Farmstand and take home some locally grown sweet corn!

🐄🥛 What a udderly delicious way to wrap up summer!

This past Monday, we headed to our last Buffalo All-Star Camp of the summer! To celebrate the end of camp, the kids got to make and enjoy delicious vanilla and chocolate milkshakes made with the goodness of dairy produced every day by our local Western New York dairy farmers.

We shared lots of smiles, learned about the goodness and importance of milk, and ended the day with some very happy—and full—bellies! 💙🐮

A huge thank you to Buffalo All-Star Camp for letting us spend the summer with you and share our love for dairy! We had so much fun and can’t wait to see what’s udderly amazing next! 🐄✨

🎡🐄🥛 Day 2 of the at the Milk for Health booth!

Today we welcomed volunteers from the Wyoming County Western Winds 4-H Club! 🍀 They jumped right in, connecting with fairgoers, testing dairy knowledge at the Dairy Trivia Wheel, and having plenty of fun with Plinko!

A big thank you to these awesome 4-H volunteers for helping us share the dairy fun!

It’s opening day at the The Erie County Fair! Come see Milk For Health in the Event Center, Aisle E. Play dairy trivia with Attica FFA and win some delicious Upstate Farms milk or Galbani cheese stick. We will be here all week representing dairy farmers from Western NY. .
