Ready for Health
Description- A health education and navigation course sponsored by BayCare and run by a BayCare doctor. Learn how to advocate for your own health, make the most out of your insurance coverage, and much more.Complete this course to be accepted into Opportunity Pas

sport. Time Requirement- (1) 2-hour virtual class per week for 4 weeks. Incentive- Gift cards for participation. A $100.00 gift card upon successful completion. Future Classes - TBD*

Ready for Jobs
Description- An introductory course that incorporates employment readiness, job coaching, and career opportunities. Each participant receives a personal job coach that can transition into your long-term mentor. Complete this course to be accepted into Opportunity Passport. Time Requirement- (1) 3-hour virtual class per week for 5 weeks
Incentive- Gift cards for participation. Graduates receive their cell phone bill paid for 1 month (up to $60.00)
Future Classes- May 2022*

Opportunity Passport
Description- An advanced level match savings program that teaches financial literacy focusing on credit building, savings accounts, budgeting, and more. Verifiable income is required to take this course whether it be employment, social security, PESS, or another form of steady income. Any money you save after course completion can be doubled up to $3,000. For example, if you save $3,000 towards a car, Opportunity passport will give you $3,000 so you can have $6,000 to put towards a car. (Must complete Ready for Jobs or Ready for Health prior to enrolling in Opportunity Passport)
Time Requirement- (1) 3-hour virtual class per week for 8 weeks
Incentive- Gift cards for participation and completion of homework. Opportunity to have your savings doubled up to $3,000 dollars for years after you complete the program. Future Classes- March 2022*
