Another historic win for Bucks Dragon Boat and our SrB Women Small Boat at the 15th IDBF Club Crew World Championships in Taiwan as we bring home another medal.

We couldn't be prouder of the strength, heart, and teamwork this women’s crew showed every single stroke of the way. You can’t deny the amazing chemistry this group has! Standing on that podium representing Bucks Dragon Boat and receiving the club’s FIRST straight distance women’s Worlds medal is a moment we won't forget! 🥉

It has been a very wet rainy stormy week! But our Force team took advantage of a break in the weather and was able to get 30 minutes on the water! Dedication to The Team and the sport! No pictures for this week due to the rain! We have been following our Fusion team in Taiwan and kudos go to the women senior B who took 3rd! They had a great race!!!

What an absolute core memory unlocked last night! The Club Crew World Championships opening ceremony in Taiwan was, without a doubt, the single BEST opening ceremony we have ever participated in.

The energy in the streets was electric right from the start as over 5,000 athletes from all across the globe paraded through the city. Walking alongside paddlers from every corner of the world was an incredible reminder of how massive and connected our dragon boat community really is.

Once we reached the main venue, the production was next-level. The lighted stage was framed by impressive dragons and traditional dragon boats, setting a stunning backdrop for the evening. It was a true honor to witness the authentic eye-dotting ceremony bring the boats to life, grounding the entire celebration in deep tradition and respect.

From there, the performances blew everyone away! We watched a beautifully intense dragon dance featuring real fire, followed by an flying dragon soaring above the crowd that left the entire stadium speechless.

They capped off the unforgettable evening with a massive, breathtaking grand fireworks display that lit up the night sky. We are inspired and more than ready to take to the water. Time to race!

It’s officially race week in Taiwan!🇹🇼

From our hometown waters of Lake Luxembourg in Bucks County, PA straight to the World Club Crew Championships in Liyu Lake in Hualien, Taiwan! Our Fusion men’s and women’s teams have arrived in Taiwan and are locked in for the IDBF Club Crew World Championships! Months of relentless work on the water come down to this week. We’re ready to put our heads down, find our swing, and race the best in the world!

Being at the stunning race site with our Fusion men and women is a massive reminder of why we love this sport so much and why we are so proud to be representing all of our Bucks Dragon Boat Family. Behind every seat in those boats are months of grit, numerous sacrifices, late nights, early mornings, and a team that backs each other 100%.

To our family, friends, and Bucks teammates back home. We feel your energy all the way across the world. We will continue to “Be The Blue” with pride and give every race everything we’ve got.
