Did you know that the Y was the first in the nation to make overnight summer camp a thing? 175 years later and camp is more important than ever. Building friendships, learning to work together and trying something new are what camp is all about. Its finally time for the big reveal - those telephone poles are being used to build a new climbing tower/zipline! This new structure will be built in early summer and will replace our current aging climbing wall that so many have enjoyed over the years. In order to be successful, we could use your help! We are looking to raise $60,000 to fund this project and bring this more inclusive climbing experience to our camp. If you have the means to donate, your support is greatly appreciated. Do you want your child to attend camp, but are nervous to send them away for a whole week by themselves? Do you wish you had a camp experience when you were a kid? Does your summer schedule allow you to work remotely? Camp NABS is happy to announce a one-of-a-kind camp experience for kids and their parents.
Family Adventure Camp, June 14-17, 2026: Experience camp together in a whole new way! Family Adventure Camp invites parents and kids to share classic camp activities—archery, swimming, crafts, campfires, and more—while also giving families flexible time to meet their own needs. Parents who need to work can slip away to our quiet workspace areas, while kids enjoy supervised camp fun. Reconnect, play, and create memories as a family with plenty of downtime built in. Perfect for families looking to try camp together or sneak in a little retreat without putting work on hold! Youth campers need to be at least 5 years old.
