kidsPack in Lakeland serves 80 schools in Polk and 2 schools in Hillsborough. 5,000 students per week served that have food insecurity. Citrus Center Kiwanis of Lakeland Florida is proud to roll up our sleeves to help in this endeavour. In 2 hours we prepared and packed 353 food packs or 1.5 pallets of food for the children in our community. A shout out to new member Renee Portfilio who brought two High School Key Club leaders with her to help us this morning. Nine of our amazing club members including 3 of our newest club members participated this morning plus two Key Club leaders. 🎉

All in...Kids Win! This is the definition of Kiwanis and why we exist to help serve the children of the world and it starts right here in Lakeland, FL for us.

Here we GROW again!

At our last two meetings we were honored to have membership inductions for our FOUR newest members! We are thrilled to have these wonderful people join our club to help serve the children of the world.

That's a WRAP!! A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to the 67th Annual Flipping for Charities Pancake Festival, Presented by MidFlorida Credit Union! It was a great day, and definitely the hottest festival yet!
