A huge THANK YOU to our amazing Sachem SEPTA for their generous donation to the Samoset Sensory Room! 🫶✨

Thanks to their kindness and support, our students will now have access to exciting new sensory tools, including a vibration plate and a sensory path to help provide movement, regulation, and a calming space when needed.

We are so grateful for the partnership and dedication SEPTA shows to supporting all of our students in the district and creating an inclusive, supportive school community. 💛🖤

Whether you'd like to chair an event, join a committee, volunteer occasionally, or simply learn more about ways to help, we'd love to hear from you!

🎒A Special Surprise for Our 6th & 7th Graders! 🎒

As the school year comes to a close, the Samoset PTSA wanted to make sure our 6th and 7th grade students received a little something special too! 😊

While our 8th graders recently received their graduation lawn signs as they prepare for high school, it’s now our 6th and 7th graders’ turn! 🎉

Students will be receiving a Sachem drawstring bag in their homeroom classes today or tomorrow as a small token of appreciation for all of their hard work and accomplishments this year. 👏📚✨

We hope everyone enjoys their gift and has an amazing, safe, and fun-filled summer! ☀️🏖️😎

What a SWEET Success! 🍦💛🖤

Today’s Ice Cream Day at Samoset was a huge hit! 😍 From smiles and laughter to delicious frozen treats, our students and staff had an amazing time celebrating together.

A very special THANK YOU goes out to Jolly Jeff and Jolly Mike for visiting Samoset and treating our students and staff to so many goodies today! 🍧🍦 Your generosity, energy, and kindness helped make this event extra special. 💙

We’d also like to give a HUGE shout-out to our amazing PTSA volunteers who helped keep the lines moving smoothly throughout the day. 👏💛 Your time and dedication helped make this event run seamlessly for hundreds of students and staff, and we couldn’t have done it without you!

Tonight’s the Night!💚🧡

Performers will be escorted onto the field through the maintenance gate by the left field foul pole. Please have them meet Ms. Bennett at this spot (You will most likely see a Sachem box truck there delivering instruments). Performers should remain here, outside the ballpark, upon arrival and wait for a staff member to guide the group to the field for their show.

Parents can watch the performance from the stands then exit the ballpark to help bring any instruments/cases to the cars.

As a reminder: Tickets will be left at the will call/ ticket window under the name in which the order was placed. Please reach out with any questions to Jenn at 631-379-6757.

🍦 VOLUNTEERS NEEDED! 🍦

The Samoset PTSA is looking for 2 volunteers to help tomorrow, June 5, when the Ice Cream Man visits Samoset during lunch periods 3–8! 🎉

We simply need a couple of extra hands to help keep the lines moving smoothly so all students can enjoy their treat and get back to lunch quickly. 😊

Even if you can only help for part of the time, we would greatly appreciate it!
