Two Furs Rescue is a foster-based 501(c)(3) kitten rescue in Lake County, IL. Kittens are "Purrfect in Pairs". 🐾❤️

We specialize in orphaned kittens under 8 weeks old, providing lifesaving care, foster homes, and adoption opportunities. Two Furs Rescue Inc., NFP, is a recognized 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We are registered as a charitable organization through the State of Illinois. Two Furs operates entirely on donations and adoption fees.

🎉 DOLLY GOT ADOPTED! 🎉

From the tiny 3-week-old kitten who came to us with a sunken chest that was soon diagnosed as pectus excavatum, through specialist visits, surgery and recovery...look at her now. ❤️

Dolly is healthy, growing, and officially home with her new family!

Her journey took a little more time, a lot more medical care, and plenty of people rooting for her. We couldn't be happier to see how far she's come.

Through no fault of his own, Loki is back with Two Furs and looking for a new family to love. And the good news? We know even more about him now!

Loki is a one year old sweet, social guy who has lived with kids, dogs and cats and does great with all three. He’s had the experience of living in a home, and now he just needs the right one to make his forever.

$4,000 later, the newly reFURbished Dolly Purrton is on her way back home! Dolly came to us at 3weeks old and had a genetic condition called Pectus excavatum. In order live past kittenhood, she needed to have a corrective surgery at University of Wisconsin veterinary school. It’s such a rare surgery, they were the only clinic willing to do it! They all fell in love with her. She’s has a skin infection now from being in the brace for 5 weeks but once healed up she’ll be back on track to get spayed and live a long happy cat life!

Our funds really took a massive hit with this surgery, please help join the cause if you can and help us save more kittens!
