Gold Rush Cure Foundation (GRCF) is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization helping children battling cancer. GRCF commits itself to advocating locally and nationally for children fighting cancer, and directly support and encourage childhood cancer families via our mentorship and "Pot Of Gold" programs. Through our partnership with various Children’s Hospital teams and direct referrals, we connect with

families in need. We are funded entirely from donations, grants, and fundraising activities - with every donation goes to a child in need, and every donation is both necessary and appreciated!

Eduardo, his mom, sister, nephew, and one of our volunteers recently enjoyed dinner at a seafood boil restaurant in Ontario, California. Eduardo chose the restaurant because it is one of his favorite meals, and it had been quite a while since he was able to enjoy it.

There were lots of smiles after a delicious dinner, quality time with family, and a few special gifts reminding him how proud we are of him and the strength he shows every day.

The smiles on these brave kids' faces mean absolutely everything to us. Being able to encourage these amazing heroes, spend time with their families, and remind them how proud we are of how hard they are fighting is something we never take for granted.

Meet Avery:

Avery is a 5-year-old hero who just got home from an inpatient stay and his treatment currently requires him to carry a continuous IV in a backpack. This means a lot of resting and taking it easy for an active 5-year-old.

The timing could not have been better for a little extra encouragement. 💛

When we arrived with gifts for him and his big brother Bryant, Avery's eyes lit up and he asked, "Is it my birthday?" 🥹

While the boys loved their gifts, it was much more than that. It was the joy and laughter that filled the room that made this visit so special.

We are honored to bring moments of encouragement and happiness to heroes and their families across the country.

🎉✨ We are thrilled to announce that the Gold Rush Cure Foundation has completed our 1700th Pot of Gold delivery on May 1st to a brave little warrior named Alexis! 🎗️💛

This milestone wouldn't be possible without the incredible support from our donors and volunteers. A huge shoutout to Jon and Monica Murphy, who delivered this special surprise with hearts full of love for every child they meet. 💖

Historic Win for Kids Fighting Cancer! Thank you Congress & President Trump. FINALLY!
Today, two critical childhood cancer bills were signed into law:

The Mikaela Naylon Give Kids a Chance Act - Mikaela wasn’t just an advocate...she was a fierce, informed, and relentless voice for kids with cancer. While battling her own disease, she educated lawmakers, challenged broken systems, and pushed for smarter, faster access to pediatric cancer treatments. This bipartisan law carries her legacy forward by removing barriers to drug development and accelerating innovative therapies for children who can’t afford to wait.

Reauthorization of the Rare Pediatric Disease Priority Review Voucher Program - This powerful incentive is back, encouraging development of new therapies for rare childhood illnesses, including many pediatric cancers.

Together, these laws remove barriers to lifesaving treatments, spur innovative research, and bring new hope to families across the country.
