I was sent this video last night and I admittedly didn’t watch the entirety. We are really trying to focus on adoptions at the moment vs new intakes but I cannot ignore this injured gelding. This is severe and he needs help today. I called Mr Howard and he can go today and get him if we can raise the funds. His bail is 750 and transport would be around 500.

If you would like to help please do. We need to raise this pretty quickly so I can get him on the way. Links to help are in the comments.

Our handsome mustang Eagle had his SECOND ride here today, and apparently he has a few things he’d like everyone to know!

Abby sent us a little message from Eagle himself:

“Heyyyyy Mom, I did really good at class today! I’m turning better, starting to get the hang of backing up, and I only got scared once, but I held it together!”

EAGLE!!!😭❤️

This is a horse who came to us with very little education. He's still figuring out what all these humans want from him, but he's trying.

We aren't looking for perfection. We're building confidence, trust, and the skills that will eventually help this handsome boy find his very own family.

A huge thank you to Abby for taking her time with him and celebrating every little victory.

Two rides down, Eagle. Just look at you becoming a whole educated gentleman! 🥹💙
