Wednesdays severe weather threat

⚠️ WEDNESDAY SEVERE WEATHER: Let’s discuss. Level 3/5 (Enhanced) risk of severe remains in place for damaging wind, large hail and tornadoes.

We are becoming concerned for 2 possible rounds of severe weather Wednesday. First round will be possible around the midday hours. These storms would have a damaging wind and large hail threat (tornado threat appears to be lower at this time). The second round would come later in the evening (6-11 p.m.) and that is more concerning for tornado and very large hail potential initially, before transitioning into a damaging wind threat (60-80 mph).

Thursday also poses a severe weather risk. Another Level 3/5 risk of severe weather is in place, and once again 2 rounds of severe weather will be possible. Damaging wind, tornadoes and large hail are all possible.

Please stay up-to-date with forecasts!
