✨ Inside KSM: Leader Spotlight ✨

Catch a little glimpse of the hearts behind KSM & what makes us who we are!

💡Morgan

Morgan serves KSM in multiple ways but also in one of the most important ways: she has a gift for connecting. When it comes to breaking through the walls, building trust, and creating space for students to let their guard down, she’s a natural. She offers vulnerability and compassion, but also isn’t afraid to be bold, honest, and straightforward. Morgan is someone you can trust to show up and love people well, and she speaks truth with a confidence that is so needed in this hour. She carries a sound that makes you stop and listen, and she serves with her whole heart. We are so thankful that her love for Jesus and passion for this generation are evident in the way she shows up for KSM!

Fun Fact: She loves pickle everything! 🥒

Her favorite part of KSM: Her relationship with the kids & having the opportunity to talk and be with them 💚

💡Pastor Nick

Some of the most important things happening here happen behind the scenes, and Pastor Nick is usually right in the middle of them. As our associate pastor, he helps lead, support, and care for our KSM family in so many ways. From running sound and setting up for services to planning Connect Nights or getting us pumped up, he’s always there to jump in wherever he’s needed. He truly has a servant’s heart, never needing recognition for all the ways he gives his time and energy. Beyond everything he does, the anointing on Pastor Nick’s life is so evident anytime he speaks, and he is such a light to our students and leaders. He never fails to bring a smile, a laugh, or a little joy when we need it most!

Fun Fact: He went bald at 24 🤣

His favorite part of KSM: Seeing God move mightily in the students & leaders and sending out world changers 💚

💡Hailey

Hailey is the one helping make sure it all comes together. From managing our busy calendar to organizing trips and games, she helps create opportunities for our students to connect, build friendships, have fun, and grow together in their walk with Jesus. She is a light to everyone around her with her encouraging words, bubbly personality and contagious laugh. Above all, she loves Jesus and has a heart for serving Him by serving our students. We’re grateful for the way she uses her gifts to help make KSM a place where students can belong, grow, and encounter the Lord!

Fun Fact: She was the first person in her family to graduate college! 🎓

Her favorite part of KSM: Being front row to all the Lord is doing in this generation! 💚
