Freshstart 2nd Chances is proud to partner with the Kissimmee Walk & Run Club in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Week.

Join us on October 10, 2026, at Kissimmee Lakefront Park as we come together to promote mental wellness, community connection, and support for one another.

Meet Up: 7:30 AM
Walk/Run Begins: 7:45 AM
All are welcome walk, run, or simply show your support!

Today, Freshstart 2nd Chances is reminding our community that mental health matters every day.

As we prepare to recognize Mental Illness Awareness Week, October 4–10, 2026, we encourage everyone to lead with kindness, compassion, and understanding.

You never know what someone may be carrying behind a smile. Check on your family. Check on your friends. Check on the strong ones, too.

It’s okay to ask for help.
It’s okay to take care of yourself.
You are not alone.

This October, join us in wearing GREEN to show support for mental health awareness and help break the stigma surrounding mental illness.
